Álvaro Benito and Jaime Villanueva team up to launch Ayete Partners in Spain

Álvaro Benito and Jaime Villanueva, both engineers holding MBA degrees from the IESE Business School, have established Ayete Partners in Spain. They commenced their professional journeys in the consulting realm, with one at Monitor and the other at PwC. Subsequently, Álvaro transitioned into the role of operations manager at Amazon and Fever, while Jaime specialized as an expansion manager for two British tour operators before contributing to Werfen’s expansion in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Thanks to their versatile expertise as consultants and managers, they have adeptly positioned themselves as ideal candidates to spearhead the pursuit of a company receptive to generational change, boasting a turnover of up to €50 million. In Ayete Partners, they are joined by approximately fifteen investors, including Alza Capital Partners, Aurica Capital, Dellin Investments, Ethos Partners, Evolutiq, Istria Capital, JB46, Vonzeo or Marc Bartomeus.
