With over 14 years of global experience in business management and transformation, José Luis gained his operational expertise as General Manager of two struggling industrial companies in China—Geispen Die-Casting and ETOW Engineering & Manufacturing Services Co.—which he successfully restructured and turned around. He later joined McKinsey & Company, where he spent seven years leading large-scale transformations and corporate turnarounds, often taking on interim management roles within client organizations and directly advising CEOs and COOs.
His goal is to acquire a majority stake in a single company with a strong track record of growth, stable profitability, and positive cash flows. José Luis is also the fourth entrepreneur in Spain to partner with Bennu Capital to secure funding for his SF in the past year.
