Recently graduated from his MBA at IESE Business School, Patrick Wladimirski has announced the launch of Mamba Capital, a vehicle created to acquire, operate, and ensure the continuity of a mid-sized Brazilian company. He has attracted the support of a group of investors with a proven track record in SF acquisitions and business management, combining global experience with local knowledge. Among them are Spectra Investments, Kanoa Capital, Kviv Ventures, Vonzeo Capital, Forti SF Partners, Albira Investments, León Bartolomé, Cromwell Harbor Partnership, 9T Capital, and Mazal Capital.
Patrick began his career in the financial sector, leading various teams in Sales & Operations at the banking app Stone. He then moved to Caju Benefícios, one of the fastest-growing startups in Brazil, where he became a Partner. During his MBA, he joined Spectra Investments as a summer associate, an experience that led him to found Mamba Capital.
Patrick will focus his search on opportunities within service-related industries, targeting companies with revenues between R$30M and R$200M and EBITDA margins above 15%.
