With over seven years of experience in the search fund industry, Caio Roma has decided that now is his time to search for, acquire, and lead a mid-sized company in Brazil. He has successfully launched 24 Capital and secured the support of key players in the Brazilian SF ecosystem, including Spectra Investments, Kanoa Capital, KVIV, KYR Capital, Rene Almeida, João Lima, Felipe Pereira, and Matheus Silva. Internationally, he is backed by TTCER Partners, Moonbase Capital, Will Thorndike, Alfonso Blohm, Colca Capital, Novidam, and Ventus Capital Partners.
Caio is widely recognized as one of the most promising searchers in Brazil, having been immersed in the ecosystem throughout his entire career. He began his journey in 2017 as an intern at 220 Capital, Brazil’s fourth SF. After acquiring Agasus in 2019 (now Voke), he transitioned into operations and gained hands-on experience across multiple areas, including processes, treasury, controllership, HR, product, and pricing. From 2022 to 2024, he led inorganic growth initiatives, completed and integrated six acquisitions, and helped add over BRL 300 million in revenue and more than BRL 180 million in EBITDA. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo.
Caio is currently seeking to acquire a medium-sized company in Brazil with a solid track record, recurring and diversified revenues, and strong growth potential, ideally in sectors such as health, education, technology, security, rental, or B2B services, with annual revenues between R$30 million and R$150 million.
